jane iredale cosmetics
digital designer
As a digital designer I was able to work very closely with our front end developer redesigning our company website. After our new website launch, I supported the marketing team by designing landing pages for new collections, gift guides and limited edition products. Additionally, I would also retouch images, design social posts, emails, retargeting and search ads. I worked very closely with our marketing team to understand where items lived online so we could better cater to our audience.
AUG 2015 - MAY 2016
hip B2B
illustrator & graphic designer
While working at HIP I had the opportunity to explore my love for digital illustration. Here, I was in charge of conceptualizing and illustrating all of our blog post cover images and supporting imagery. I also filmed and edited an in-house video on lead generation, and designed a series of white papers.
FEB 2015 - MAY 2016
jane iredale cosmetics
freelance designer
While working as a freelancer I took on any projects
the team needed help with. I worked on promotional calendars, marketing newsletters, e-blasts, and sell sheets. Due dates were usually within 24 hours which help build, both, my time and project management skills.
MAY 2013 - AUG 2016
price chopper supermarkets
graphic designer
While at price chopper I was working, in-house, 30-40 hours a week on all of the signs that supported our 130 stores. Everyday was something different (which I also loved!). My responsibilities ranged from retouching images to designing point of sale signs. I collaborated with our in-house photographers on photoshoots, and was also responsible for printing, cutting and shipping smaller signs directly to stores. During that time I was able to help implement the re-brand of Market32 stores, working closely with our design agency to see that all their designs were properly executed.
